Springe at the Deister (a.D.), since 1997 the location of the company ‘Paulmann Light’, established 1982 by Rüdiger Paulmann.

By developing enhanced and ennobled bulb’s and lamps, ‘Paulmann Light’ refashioned luminaries and lighting fixtures more decorative and homelike.

The business segment has been extended continuously, to include luminaries, lighting systems and accessories around the multi–functional application of special bulbs and lamps.

Today, ‘Paulmann Light’ becomes the overall competence in lighting business, by having a 2500–innovative–product–range, in the categories bulbs and luminaries!

A comprehensive service range, from products through to logistics, services and product presentations, tailored to satisfy the requirements and demands of the retail trade.

Paulmann's introduction of a standardised uniform marketing concept for all countries consolidated its position as the ideal partner for internationally active customers. Standardised pricing, packaging, advertising materials and promotional materials guarantee full security and pricing stability.

The company has a workforce of 500. Customers can expect and are provided with a full local service via distribution offices and representatives in 38 European countries.

Paulmann Light administration and logistics centre in Springe a.D. is the central location for Europe. Product development and quality assurance departments are also situated here. Modern, high capacity production facilities are located in Riga/Latvia. Corporate testing laboratories guarantee compliance with high quality and safety standards.

The Springe logistics centre boasts a fully automated high-rack warehouse with a capacity of 9,500 pallet spaces. A dynamic, computer-controlled commissioning system has a capacity to pick and place up to 450 packages per hour. An investment to assure fast, on-time deliveries to customers throughout Europe.
